This was the very best experience that I have had at a DMV!! This place is great, everyone was so nice and helpful!! What a difference between the old days!! Everyone was smiling and laughing and having fun!! Way to go!!! You guys are the best!!! They all deserve a raise!!

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 today (12/2/22) at the Binghamton office, I arrived early and was met with a mile and a cheerful " how can I help you?" a check in widow (#1) and told even though I was early I would be next appointment called. Within 2 mins I was called to window 5 and again met with a smile and a cheerful voice. I was literally in and out of the office in 10 mins. Never in all my years dealing with DMV have I had such a friendly, courteous visit. Thank you

I don't see an e-mail address where I can send feedback, so I hope this reaches the appropriate office. I can't speak highly enough of the Endicott office on Washington Ave. I showed up for an appointment on November 12th at 2:15 PM, but I had encountered issues trying to get the appointment to go through on the web site, and when it finally did, I didn't realize the location had reverted to Binghamton. When we realized the error, I was certain the busy worker outside (this is being written during the COVID pandemic) would turn me away and I would need to try to reschedule, but he instead asked me to wait a moment while he checked to see what they could do; within a couple of minutes, I was being seen! Then, to boot, the worker who assisted me inside was downright delightful - I actually enjoyed my visit...how many DMV's can claim that level of customer service?! The staff at that office should be commended.
