I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 today (12/2/22) at the Binghamton office, I arrived early and was met with a mile and a cheerful " how can I help you?" a check in widow (#1) and told even though I was early I would be next appointment called. Within 2 mins I was called to window 5 and again met with a smile and a cheerful voice. I was literally in and out of the office in 10 mins. Never in all my years dealing with DMV have I had such a friendly, courteous visit. Thank you

I had an appointment at 9am. I arrived early and was ushered in courteously. Service was wonderful and timely. Great experience.
